Are you having trouble finding the time for dog training?

We can train your dog for you for basic obedience and manners training or to teach certain behaviors.  You can opt to bring your dog to us for day training or we can come by your home regularly to work with him/her.  You can even have your dog stay with us for a few weeks; the type of service commonly referred to as "board & train" or "bootcamp" at most training kennels.

We call it "stay-cation" learning, because instead of being in a kennel
your dog "vacations" in the pet-friendly home environment of our dog trainer and her dogs.
There are lots of one on one training sessions and plenty of fun in between.  Kim only takes one or two training dogs at a time, which ensures that each dog receives the maximum amount of attention.

Having a trainer work with your dog can be particularly helpful for standard obedience training, or if you have specific training goals or behaviors you would like your dog to learn.  It can also be helpful to pet owners with limited time or mobility problems, and can be a good way to "jump start"
a training program.  We keep you informed of your dog's progress and as part of the program we schedule time with you as well, to teach you how to properly cue your dog
and reinforce his training. 

Ultimately training is a lifetime commitment, so any training that we do must be reinforced and maintained by you, the dog's real trainer, for the rest of his life.  But having the trainer work individually with dog first can make it easier for some people to achieve their goals.
